Renewable electricity for Southeast Asia: designing the right policy architecture

This report examines the applicability of the most commonly preferred renewable electricity policy mechanisms in Europe and North America to Southeast Asian electricity markets. It explores what the governments of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam can best to do promote wind, solar, biomass, geothermal, and hydroelectric sources of electricity supply.
