NIHR staff engagement in the NHS: review of practitioner studies of engagement

The National Institute of Healthcare Research (NIHR) has been examining the impact and effectiveness of staff engagement with a particular focus on the NHS. The study reviewed a range of evidence on staff engagement and subseqently produced a series of publications. The Review of Practitioner Studies of Engagement looks at the review of non academic evidence, such as published articles in healthcare media and on the web. It summarises the way this review was conducted and how the evidence was assessed.
