Additional Information: The work of development NGOs and the contribution that might be made by ICTs are examined in this book chapter. The dimensions of knowledge are approached mainly through the theory of `process reliabilism', a naturalistic strand of contemporary epistemology operating at the interface of philosophy and psychology/ cognitive science. The aim is to suggest ways of improvement in communication from and to NGOs.
