Hungarian right-wing politicians questioned the legitimacy of the newly elected government and claimed greater legitimacy for their populist movement. This is either incitement, or a redefinition of democracy. In either case, a wide public debate is required. As long as these speakers acknowledge the independence and authority of the judiciary, the best forum for this would be the Hungarian Constitutional or Supreme Court.
