Notes
Originality: This paper describes a system for adapting maps to the context of use. The context gives rise to preferences for different media elements and deadlines for download. The novelty arises from the dynamic nature of the adaptation: which arises from the context of the user, the current system limits, and the combination of data being selected - rather than being pre-programmed selections. Rigour: The coding of algorithms is described in detail. Results of systems tests using a simulated network, confirming that deadlines are usually met are presented. Significance: 17 external citations in google scholar. The WWW conference is well established one of the largest in the area, acceptance rate for WWW10 was 19.9ter a full peer-review of full papers.Full text available
