Sociotechnical changing in healthcare

The paper uses some fundamental concepts from sociotechnical studies to address the complex process of change – the changing – that accompanies ICT innovations. The paper argues for the importance of the perspective of changing as a way to account for the dynamics as technology and people, organizations and institutions co-constitutively work-out their future together.
