Notes
This report constitutes part of a broader EU-funded project on the vulnerability of modern societies to `terrorist¿ risk from radiological, biological and chemical weapons. The report became a risk assessment exercise, and was published separately since the full cross-country report remains still on the secrecy list. Prof Perry Robinson framed and personally conducted much of the study, which drew on efforts by all members of the Harvard-Sussex Program at SPRU.Full text available
