journal contribution
posted on 2023-06-09, 00:08 authored by Kamala DawarThis article assesses the regulation of government procurement in the WTO, specifically under the WTO Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA), the General Agreement on Tariffs in Trade (GATT), the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) and the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (ASCM).
