Full text not available from this repository.Abstract
Code, log and results summary for testing the reproducibility of genotypes with three pairs of hemiclones in the Sussex LHM D.melanogaster population sample. Discovery and genotyping of genomic sequence variants was done using GATK HaplotypeCaller, and Genomestrip. Numerical comparison of genotype calls within each pairs of hemiclone individuals was performed using GATK GenotypeConcordance.
