Microelectroscope: a multimodal approach for morphological and functional recording of embryonic Zebrafish heart activity

The system is based on both a custom made bright field microscope aiming to gather morphological imaging and a built-in chamber containing a novel Electric Potential Sensing (EPS) microelectrode to record the heart functional activity.
